Health & wellbeing

am a professional holistic therapist whose keen interest in complementary therapies resulted from a previous career in the UK Spa Industry. I was General Secretary of the British Spa Federation for several years and also a key member of the Project Team which developed the new thermal spa in Bath.

I studied for a degree in complementary therapies to enable me to work as a professional clinical aromatherapist, reflexologist and holistic body worker. I have also gained qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Reiki and additionally in beauty therapies – facials, manicures and pedicures.

As a professional Reflexologist, I am Full member of the Association of Reflexologists, and therefore adhere to their strict standards of professional conduct and ethics.

My wide range of experience as a holistic therapist includes practicising within a leading medical centre in Cheltenham (my previous town before moving here), and within a renowned Natural Therapy Centre – Neal’s Yard, where I offered reflexology and massage therapies. I have also worked within two leading blue chip companies as their in-house well-being consultant and undertaken a key piece of research which formed my Dissertation for the BSc (Hons) degree which is all about the efficacy of reflexology in improving and maintaining health and well-being.

I managed a well-being and Reflexology service at the East Gloucestershire Tennis Club which was very successful. I am passionate about people and helping themselves towards health, well-being and enjoyment of life.

Here in Devon, I worked at Hands on Health in Exmouth and am now very excited to be involved with Estuary Clinic in Topsham.
