Sarah offers a calm and nurturing space for her clients to rest, relax deeply and enjoy their stillness.

Sarah really “listens” to her client’s feet….

by assessing the textures and working with the reflex points.

She understands the interconnection of emotional, physical, mental and creative wellbeing so works individually and holistically to support the inner healing and balancing processes.

She has built up a busy practice over the last 20 years, treating many people with a wide range of issues, always using her medical knowledge and clinical experience.

Clients often come initially for a specific reason and then continue their treatments because they also experience an improved sense of wellness, in additional areas too.

Sarah qualified as a nurse in London (1981) and continued working there for seven years. During that time she became more interested in natural therapies and the need for integrated healthcare.

She personally experienced amazing health improvements after her first Reflexology treatment, which compelled her to become a practitioner…..

In 2001 she completed her training with the Association of Reflexologists and has been working as a full time therapist since then.

Later, qualified as an Acupressure therapist and spent 16 years providing onsite treatments, in the workplace. However, recently stopped offering this treatment to focus purely on Reflexology.

In 2017 She trained with Iron Mill College in Exeter and gained a Certificate in Counselling, this training enhances her listening skills to benefit clients during their treatments.

Sarah is also passionate about sharing fast, effective and easy self-care tools.

Practical ideas that only take a few moments to do, releasing tension, energising and using humour to feel positively better!

As a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists she abides by their Code of Practice and Ethics and is fully insured and covered for Professional Indemnity and Public liability.

Sarah continues her professional development and enthusiasm with ongoing courses, training and AOR Membership guidance.
