Beginners Yoga – Wednesdays 9.30 – 10.30
Beginners yoga for complete beginners or those wanting to get back to the foundations of yoga. In the practise we will mindfully working through each posture developing strength and flexibility. Each week we will develop the yogic practises of mindful breathing, movement and relaxation and focus our awareness on developing the ability to connect into stillness and calm.
£8 per class.
