A holistic, fluid yoga practice, linking breath to movement, which builds strength and flexibility as well as calming and focussing the mind.
In a Vinyasa-style class, traditional Hatha yoga postures are linked with each inhale and exhale to create dynamic sequences that build heat, expel tension, cultivate balance and revitalise body and mind.
Each class will end with a short relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and calm.
