A dynamic practice suitable for those with a good level of fitness and some experience of yoga. Intermediate poses will be introduced along with inversions, hand balances and arm balances. A longer and strong practice with time dedicated to understanding alignment so you can take on the more challenging yoga poses – great if you wish to progress in your practice.
This is balanced with time on pranayama, meditation and restorative poses.
